- A USB headset that can connect to your computer
- A PC or Mac computer with the latest operation system update
- A local area code from 800Link.com/betterideateam for your dialing phone number. If you don’t have this yet, you may still sign up for Better Prospector with an existing phone number, and we can change it for you in our system once you’ve secured your local area code through 800Link.com.
